Summary: build-cegcc.sh doesnt build libstdc++.dll

Initial Comment:
Lines 21 and 22 of build-cegcc.sh script have:

COMPONENTS=( binutils bootstrap_gcc w32api newlib dummy_cegccdll gcc cegccdll
cegccthrddll libstdcppdll profile docs )
COMPONENTS_NUM=${#COMPONENTS}

This returns COMPONENTS_NUM as 8, the number of letters in "binutils". Line 22
should be:

COMPONENTS_NUM=${#COMPONENTS[*]}

The same thing occurs in build-mingw32ce.sh but there the number of components
is, fortuitously, 8.

Thanks for your work on this project.

The modern datacenter depends on network connectivity to access resources
and provide services. The best practices for maximizing a physical server's
connectivity to a physical network are well understood - see how these
rules translate into the virtual world?
