In Felix, the manifest file MANIFEST.MF is placed in the directory META-INF in
de bundle's jar file. Currently Celix expects the MANIFEST file in the
directory MANIFEST of the bundle's zip file. Please make Celix follow the Felix
convention with directory META-INF.
