Hello Martin and Pepijn,

I can confirm the bug in Firefox 27.0.1 Windows 8.1 x64, Firefox  27.0 Fedora 
x64, Chrome Windows 8.1 and IE windows 8.1. I think there is a problem with the 
CSS for the headers.
