Update the cmake directory of Celix, so that a CMakeCelix exists, can be
installed and used by external Celix projects.
"External" projects can use Celix CMake's by including the installed celix
modules:
set(CMAKE_MODULE_PATH
${CMAKE_MODULE_PATH}"
${CELIX_DIR}/share/celix/cmake/modules"
)
find_package(CELIX REQUIRED)
include(CMakeCelix)
