Lo único que puedo detectar es que activaron IPv6 y eso requiere de un reinicio de sistema para que lo tome activo. El segundo detalle es el raid no se si te este causando problemas la controladora seria cosa de validar si actualizaron el kernel y exista un problema con ello.
Como comentan seria cosa de probar : Validar por partes el kernel y si es algo físico. Probar si es el caso con el kernel anterior. Actualizar kernel nuevamente. Actualizar firmware de la controladora RAID.
