Centos 7.2 has updated its version of libvirt to 1.2.17, which ends up getting installed in preference to the previous virt-xen libvirt package (1.2.15).
I've merged in the most recent Fedora libvirt package, 1.3.0, smoked tested it, and pushed it to buildlogs, which can be accessed by adding --enablerepo=centos-virt-xen-testing (after installing the CentOS 7 centos-release-xen package).
