With respect to CentOS-5, it seems this patch was not migrated to the 45.0.1 install: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=1025187 from this bugzilla: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1221368 Let me build a version with that patch installed for testing. I'll post here when it can be tested.
