I've never seen "rpmls". Is it an actual command, or your personal
alias? I would have done:

rpm -qlvp
http://vault.centos.org/7.0.1406/os/x86_64/Packages/filesystem-3.2-18.el7.x86_64.rpm
|grep /var/run
