Seems that you have the gnupg2 package that was
deprecating SHA1, so just downgrade it and it should work
again.

downgraded it - though there is a new
distribution-gpg-keys.noarch in epel-testing which I pulled
in too - cannot tell which one or perhaps both. helped.
