Are the files that are there installed via an RPM and are they in the
RPM database?

If you installed the files manually via a make; make config; make
install, then they will not be in the RPM database.

What does this say:

rpm -q --whatprovides /usr/lib64/libodbcinst.so

Attachment: signature.asc
Description: OpenPGP digital signature
