Does that mean that the whole dev team are just going to chalk it up to poor communications, shrug and not do anything about the communication channel, despite the existence of the qaweb and that it probably takes less than 3 minutes each time to post something like "Latest build going for QA", "14 packages failed QA, back to respin"?
