Hi Rafal, I use this https://collectd.org/wiki/index.php/Plugin:Ping collectd plugin to monitor latency and packet drop. The bandwidth can be monitored with another plugin, if it's the server bandwidth, or using snmp on the router to monitor the site bandwitdth.
