getent passwd <user> --- returns nothing on the recent installed client node
(as expected - it is not working)

getent passwd <user> --- Fron the ipareplica, it returns the information on
the user. (client is working)

Checking on the nsswitch lead.

Concerning - sounds like ipa-client-install didn't update nsswitch or
something ... check to see if the system can even see the non-local user
exists via getent passwd <user>
