If you look at https://download.ceph.com/nfs-ganesha/, you'll see that there are RPM packages for V3.5-stable, but not for DEB packages. The expected directory path would be https://download.ceph.com/nfs-ganesha/deb-V3.5-stable/.
Additionally, the ceph-ansible project points to that directory, which I mentioned in https://github.com/ceph/ceph-ansible/issues/7031, but that issue was closed as it's not a ceph-ansible-specific issue.
