the affected pool was logged during startup. I got around 580 unique
entries, but I'm not sure if that's representative. Do you have a
better approach?
We have internal tooling that watches the admin socket "perf dump"
command, which includes information like the number of primary,
replica, and stray PGs on the OSD.
