This is my ceph.conf looks like. It was auto generated using ceph-deploy.

mon_initial_members = ceph-node1
mon_host = 10.0.1.11
auth_cluster_required = cephx
auth_service_required = cephx
auth_client_required = cephx
filestore_xattr_use_omap = true

If I provide admin.keyring file to openstack node (in /etc/ceph) it works
fine and issue is gone .
