Hi all,
http://ceph.com/docs/master/rados/operations/crush-map/#warning-when-tunables-are-non-optimal
says
"
The ceph-osd and ceph-mon daemons will start requiring the feature bits
of new connections as soon as they get the updated map. However,
already-connected clients are effectively grandfathered in, and will
misbehave if they do not support the new feature.
"
Does that mean we should be reconnecting ceph clients (e.g. kernel rbd
or kernel cephfs) after changing crush tunables (e.g. ceph osd crush
tunables firefly).
Thanks!
C.
