download.ceph.com should be your best guess, since that is closest. The US however seems covered with download.ceph.com although we might set up us-east and us-west. I see that Ceph is currently in a subfolder called 'Ceph' and that is not consistent with the other mirrors. Can that be fixed so that it matches the original directory structure?
