I followed the instructions here:

Step 1:  radosgw-admin realm create --rgw-realm=default  --default
Step 2:  radosgw-admin zonegroup delete --rgw-zonegroup=default
Step3:   *radosgw-admin zonegroup create --rgw-zonegroup=ap --master
--default*
            radosgw-admin zonegroup default --rgw-zonegroup=ap
Step4:  *radosgw-admin zone create --rgw-zonegroup=ap
--rgw-zone=ap-southeast --default --master*
            radosgw-admin zone default --rgw-zone=ap-southeast
            radosgw-admin zonegroup add --rgw-zonegroup=ap
--rgw-zone=ap-southeast

I tried to create the zone group, zone, realm with another name and also
similar problems.
