Hi Matt and Joao, Thank you for your information. I am installing Ceph with alternative mirror (ceph-deploy install --repo-url http://hk.ceph.com/rpm-jewel/el7/ --gpg-url http://hk.ceph.com/keys/release.asc {host}) and everything work again.
