Judging by the github repo, development on it has all but stalled, the last commit was more then 3 months ago ( https://github.com/ceph/calamari/commits/master) Also there is the new dashboard in the new ceph mgr deamon in Luminous - so my guess is that pretty much Calamari is dead.
