ie applaud the move to train more coaches, i am very worried with the
delayed release of the past clinics results.

It does not make sense to for us to continue moving in this direction
when FIBA doesnt care about Malawi at all; whats the purpose for us to
train when FIBA will toss the results into a bin and move on.

We have written to FIBA many times and they just dont care and respond.

This development is worrying, i would urge us all to press on FIBA to
first act on the last clinic results.

I personally dont see any progress in this effort until BASMAL gets
the position of FIBA in as far as Malawi is concerned. FIBA must
release the first results before any of these trainings happen again.

FIBA sees Malawi as ajoke or something. They just dont have the
diplomacy to responbd to enquiries, either they think we are too
retarded or not good enough.

What hurts me most is that one Mozambican referee that was part of our
training clininc in BT ONE YEAR AGO, is now a certified international
referee..while we, the Malawians, are still waiting for our results..
Whats the matter here??

A dissappointed basketball fan/player/stakeholder/supposed to be
referee/coach/mentor/
