Mr Mponda, the committee is now in place. The rules will apply and the forfeiture act is still in place and operational. For example, the game between Pirates and Kamuzu barracks. Both teams did not show up on time. Both teams forfeited although pirates came later complaining about the fixture not communicated to them in good time. So, if you are late, you forfeit. If you forfeit for a number of times without proper reasons, you are out of the league
