Subject: ABC Gym Use
Attention all CEZOBAL family, Just a few items regarding ABC Gym use:
Those of you who wish to use the Gym for team practice, please note
that there will be some changes this coming week. I need from all of
the teams who want to use the Gym, an email/reply with your desired
time(s) that you wish to use the Gym so that I can arrange the proper
times. Please note, we do have some available times Saturday in the
mornings as well. Let me know your first few choices of days and
times and I will do my best to accommodate everybody.
In addition to this, there will be a new payment method beginning
on April 12, 2010. In doing a recent general audit, the Gym costs per
hour of practices are well over the 1,000MK per hour charge for
practices ABC has been charging(includes escom, expensive light bulbs,
wear and tare, cleaning, general maintenance etc) However, due to
ABC's desire to promote basketball and help CEZOBAL and be part of
positive change in the community, we will not be changing the 1,000MK
charge until September when the fee will be reevaluated at that time.
We are working on Gym Sponsors/investors who wish to pay for
advertising in the Gym so as to offset the cost of the facilities
yearly costs. (Please feel free to talk to me about this if your
company, or know of a business or company who may be interested in
this)
PLEASE NOTE Beginning on APRIL 12: Teams/groups will have to pay at
the ABC office and will be responsible for giving payment in advance
to the office where in they will receive a receipt to show the
Gym/facilities manager who will then open the Gym and turn on the
lights for the practices. Money will ONLY be allowed to be given to
the office and it will be the teams responsibility to get it there
BEFORE they practice or play. No teams or events will happen at the
Gym without a Receipt from the ABC office to the Gym manager.
African Bible College will be going on Spring/Easter break from
March 28 until Monday April 12. During that time the offices will be
closed most of the time so teams will continue to pay in the normal
way like they have been doing.
Anyways, please send in your desired practice times and I will be
changing the practice schedule beginning this coming Monday March
29th.
