CEZOBAL is a big family and if we were to come together and help each other in this initiative it will benefit all of us and the generations to come. I have listed below materials which will be needed to help with the rehabilitation of the court. Those of you who feel they can assist with some materials listed below please contact me on 099 9919 328 and we will make arrangements on when the materials you would like to assist with will be needed. The following are the works which we plan to carry out using the listed materials below:- 1. Reworking and plastering the existing 3 stands. 2. Building an additional 2 stands on top of the existing 3 stands and plaster them as well. The extra 2 stands are to act as protective cover for all the water and sand which move from higher ground onto the existing stands as well as the playing surface. 3. Drainage for the water which comes from the high ground 4. The boards will be reworked and block board will be put on the front of the hoops so as to avoid the ball bouncing off the board in an awkward way. The block boards will be painted 3 coats of oil paint so as to protect them to last a long time. 5. Resurfacing the cracked areas around the playing area, and painting most of the playing area with different colours. The poles which were donated by Alliance One have been worked on and have been painted all what is left is them to be planted on the Silver Court, but before this is done, the work listed above has to be carried out. Rocky Kaunda has offered to have his boys to do all the work once the materials are available and he will pay for their labour charges.
