IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please be advised that the CEZOBAL GALA NIGHT which was supposed to take
place this Saturday the 27th of November has been POSTPONED to the 11th
of December 2010 at the same venue. This is due to some unforeseen
circumstances. Please note that tickets are now on sale and you can get
them from any CEZOBAL Committee Member.
THIS WEEKEND 27th and 28th Nov.
The Bunda Invitational tournament tips-offs tomorrow morning at 8:30am
at the Bunda Basketball Court, the Semi-finals and Final will be held on
Sunday the 28th of November at the same venue.
Teams invited for this tournament are Bunda Buffaloes (hosts), NRC
Pythons, Alliance One, Bayonnets, Mdzodzo, Pirates, Kamuzu Barracks and
introducing the new kids on the block, Central Knights. Registration fee
for each team is MK1000.
Who among the underdogs shall be crowned the inaugural Bunda
Invitational champions.......???
NEXT WEEKEND 3rd and 4th Dec.
National Championships at St. Andrews International School in Blantyre,
teams representing CEZOBAL are Mimbulu, Blazers and Cougars (and maybe
Trojans).
Who can match this kind of fire power???
We the CEZOBAL family are wishing all our teams all the best......We
know that our teams will represent us with PRIDE......
THE WEEKEND of the 11th Dec.
It's party time in CEZOBAL, it's the CEZOBAL Gala Night at Crossroads
Hotel, Rukuru room. Come be part of the glitz and razzmatazz.........
CEZOBAL will be honouring individuals and companies for making the 2010
basketball season a huge success.........
We exchange all the sneakers, t-shirts and shorts for smart eloquent
dressing, preferably dark jacket and tie for men. Women know exactly
what to wear......, men need to be guided........
THEN THE OTHER WEEK 16th to 18th of Dec.
It's the ABC Christmas Classic Invitational Tournament at ABC Gymnasium,
teams which will be invited for this tournament will be notified in due
course.
AND THEN THE WEEKEND AFTER THAT.......
Its Christmas Day, time for giving and sharing with family, friends and
loved ones. I would like to take this opportunity on the behalf of the
CEZOBAL Committee to wish each and everyone in the CEZOBAL family a
merry Christmas and please be extra careful during the festive period.
AND THEN THE NEXT WEEKEND AFTER THAT......
It's the New year, we would like to wish every CEZOBAL family member a
joyful and prosperous new year, may the Good Lord continue blessing and
protecting each and every CEZOBAL family member.
......what is in store for CEZOBAL in 2011??? A very vibrant Junior
league structure, a very competitive Men's league, with new kids on the
block Central Knights graduating to rub shoulders with the best in the
land, a new playoffs format to increase the tension, excitement and
glamour to our flagship league, an expanded women's league which will
run parallel to the men's league and hopefully new teams will also be
involved, and above all, a much more structured and well managed
CEZOBAL.
