Personally I dont think there's anything wrong with mentioning an individual player. Give credit where it's due... Let his effort inspire the rest of the team. recognising a player doesnt take anything from any of the other players its just like in business (u dont give a promotion only when everybody can get 1. Lets appreciate each player knowing we are 1 with many members...
