Reminder of the rules... CEZOBAL shall take into consideration the college teams by extending the window ONLY for them, if within this period the colleges will be on holiday. For the second round registration, the registration booklets shall be returned to the teams when the transfer window opens. During the transfer period; -EACH team shall be allowed to register a maximum of five (5) changes to their team list. -Each registration change effected attracts a prescribed fee; -if the player being signed is a free agent or has been released by a team from either NOZOBAL or SOZOBAL there shall be a minimum fee of MK2,000, and; -if the player being signed is coming from another CEZOBAL team there shall be a minimum fee MK4, 000; -It is mandatory that the registration fee must be paid upon submission of the registration booklet. -The registration booklet shall be given back to the General Secretary before the closing date mentioned above. -Failure of which the transfers made by the team in the transfer window shall be deemed null and void.
