I have read about this and I believe microsoft stated they don't have a
problem with you transferring the software to your new pc, they just want
the ability to CONTROL it. There opinion is if you need to transfer it once
a year, fine maybe your a tech freak. If they get 30 requests in a week for
transfer on the same package, then they know what your up to..(piracy). I
also thought they had said they would give you 2 installs before it would
lock up, this way you could load it on a desktop and laptop.....
