I remember MSDOS 1.0 (it was originally Seattle DOS) , having spent some years
before that selling CP/M O/S and software.

As for QEMM - yes! I was also Intel's first official UK distributor for the new
fangled 80386-16 server chassis, into which we custom integrated full height 20
and 40Mb Micropolis hard disks. I also got the first beta of QEMM (directly from
the lady president of Quarterdeck who's name escapes me for now) to make use of
the 1Mb of  RAM these things had as expanded memory. I also imported the Intel
Above Board from the USA, and hired people just to put the RAM chips on them to
make 2Mb expanded boards which we sold complete with QEMM as a complete 2MB
expanded memory solution to the hoards of Lotus 1-2-3 users of the day.

How times change :-)
