We have had a big Renfaire for many years in the SF area.
They USED to have an absolutely wonderful venue with a large-enough flat
area for jousting and battles, and a path leading up a hill through oak
forest, which not only provided shade from the heat, but also wonderful
atmosphere. But the side was "developed" into upscale housing and a golf
course <sigh>. While looking for a new permanent home, the temporary site
the last two years has been only marginally acceptable, unfortunately...
Renfaire was where I discovered "black and tan". yummm.

its a ...Julie Mango.. :)
Its a nice oblong shape..full..the skin is an almost uniform red around one
end, tending to a rich green color near the other. There's no spots at all
on it..it just looks so ripe..and full. And its firm to the touch..

Welllllll, among the ones that I can list here (or rather am going to list
here, sorry Gel, but I'm sure you can use your imagination for some of the
others ;o) men, lacemaking and embroidery. Some of the borderline hobbies
include calligraphy and illumination (SCA), and computers ;o)...my main
masculine hobby is blacksmithing. :o)
