It  impossible to control page breaks on the client's browser in HTML 4 (maybe added 
to future version I hear).
Suggest you use PDF for printed reports. There are several tools to do this from CF. 
One is our ttWebReportServer
that lets you do the report as an Access report and call from CF and output page 
perfect PDFs.
