I agree. I've been getting the Java DJ for awhile too, although I've
requested it be stopped (it hasn't). Last year I re-subscribed to the CFDJ
thru their web site and although I got a receipt I never had it charged to
my credit card bill. Calling them on it to request they take my money for
the subscription didn't seem to help.

Someone really needs to go thru their subscription and billing department
with a big broom and clean house.
