In my humble opinion, I really wish that Microsoft would allow a security
feature to control the number of windows allowed. For example, if a script
is launching a new window, the browser should know that only 1 or 2 are
allowed. I can't tell you how annoying it is to go to a site that just sits
there and launches windows on you. What's the point? We all close them as
fast as they open anyway!
