We are lucky, the owner here has a yearly pass to everything Disney, so we
get discounts ;-)
Since October is off-season for Disney, with a little hunting around it
shouldn't be too hard to find a room for under $100 though.

If anyone is taking kids, and/or does not mind spending a little extra
moeny. Get a villa at the Disney Institute. They are very nice and have some
nice programs for the kids. They even have free classes on stuff like 3D
Modeling...
