Learn as much XML as you can, the deep gooey innards of it. None of us
like to be forced into a Microsoft-driven development paradigm, but with
the marketing push behind .NET, XML is going to become a major factor in
web site development.
If you want to to get seriously technical, learn JAVA and JSP on J2EE.
I wouldn't spend a lot of time on ASP, unless you want to spend time
maintaining old versions of OPC, because once .NET happens, not a lot of
new ASP development will occur.
