I have. It's pretty similar to CF in some ways. It's basically an XML type
language. I've met personally with a few people from Miva and they it was
explained to me is that it started out as a scripting language with a server
component to inpurpret the scipt and was used for guestbooks and the like.
Then they made a shopping cart out of it and that's now they market it now.

The shopping cart itself is very easy. It has a browser based admin tool
that will do everything for you or you can script your own special features.

Much like CF developers and 3rd party companies make add ons (custom tags)
that you can add to your pages to increase functionality.

So far I have only played with it on some test servers but in the next few
months I will have a few customers using the software in the "real world."

There are a few books outon the language itself.
