Pros:  doesn't clog up email.
Cons:  You have to teach clients something new.
        You have to teach clients something new.

        You have to teach clients something new.

As you can see, the cons outweigh the prose.  :-)

Do you run your own email server?  Or is this a service provided by
someone else?
