I know what you are feeling.  I went to college in New Mexico and my roommate could not buy a bus ticket from Ohio once, because "our bus line does not provide service outside the country".  I mean what did they think that the TNM&O bus line stood for?  That would be Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma for those who are not from the area.
