There has to be some parity in these types of laws.
I say she loses her job, goes away for 10 years, and has to register as a sex-offender.
Which is what would happen to said teacher on line 1.

Sounds like she was just in it for the adventure.
I'm sure the kid wasn't 'hurt', it certainly didn't sound like co-ercion
was involved.
No mention was made of," If you don't do this you're going to fail" or
even " do this if you want to pass".
If the kid were older it would of course be seen as consenting adults,
and the worst that would happen to her is loose her job or be suspended
for having sex with one of her students, which I understand is frowned
upon in educational institutions, or at least it isn't supposed to be
flaunted or come out in public.
It sounds like the co-ercion/extortion may have been from the kids,
rather than from the teacher.
