The PDF's are on our WEB server, hosted here in-house.
The forms are filled out in random places across the county or across the state.
These people are not connected to our network.
The hope is that they can click a "submit" button and the form will print out on a HP Laser here in the hospital.
Thank you!

These PDFs are stored on a hospital server but filled out on clients you
don't control? Or is everything in-house?
