Its the DDR Ram manufacturers, they can't produce in large enough quantities
yet.
It's not just affecting the ATI cards afaik. It's affecting Nvidia's high end
6800 Ultras and the ultra extremes as well.
The 6800 GT isn't yet available in quantity either.
