I don't get paid $23/hour, almost but not quite, and I am 50% of the team that built the site they are trying to save us money on. And per a recent thread here, I am aware there are others who would be probably be pretty happy with $18 to $23/hour.
I wonder if they are looking for more contractors, I wouldn't mind the extra pay. :-)
