Yes it does. And according to Michael, you spend a large amount of time in
shadowy and dark alleys. And although I don't have a lot of experience
with any sort of alley ways, I'm going to guess that there are very few
allies that are shadowy and well lit.
All in all: Sandy goodness and the even Michael and Tony can't overcome
the horrible traffic I experience in MD on my drives back to NYC on turkey
day. =(
