happen in a lot of different ways. Remember the story I pointed out
recently where an adoptive parent who defied a court order out of
concern for the child wound up having to register as a sec offender?
That is what this is, a sex offender registration. It does say he is
currently incarcerated though. Hmm. These registries are notoriously
inaccurate but that's something you would think they would know, and
hmm, he wasn't incarcerated a while back when I talked ot him on the
phone....
