EXPECTATIONS

works two ways.

I also like to think of the traditional HR hierarchy - as support lines.
Front line employees - empowered and accountable ==> but supported.

An Irish Pub - not sure what off the mark is. But it seems like that would
be a fairly simple site. I would however before any design work was done -
quickly scope the content, and get logo(s) et al and see if there is an
established colour scheme.

I might even wireframe or skeleton the site to demonstrate a potential
navigation scheme.

How do your current processes feed work to the designers?
How many staff members? Sales, Inside Sales, Project Management, Design,
programming.

LOL...I was talking to my boss, and mentioned that very same thing. We
think they are flaky, they think we are control freak, arrogant
know-it-alls.

Goes with the territory I guess.
