If that listing's accurate, there's gotta be something wrong with that
house.  Leaky roof, leaky pipes, angered Indian spirits buried
beneath, ...something.

Granted, I don't know the cost of living in Ohio, nor do I know what
that particular area's like...but ...wow.  My first house was out in
the sticks in AZ...was only 1400 sq ft, and cost $100k.

2 covered porches, 13 rooms, 3400 sq ft....AND a basement (we don't
have basements in AZ for the most part...and having grown up in NJ, I
really miss having a basement) for $119k?

Can anyone familiar with the area confirm that this is the 'going rate'?
