I did as well. Grey and cold up here in North Illinois. Our polling place is the local Catholic Church, which is built around an impressively huge rotunda. Unfortunately, we voted in a pergo-coated antechamber. Very small crowd for the morning, but we voted right in the middle of the drop-the-kids-off-for-school routine.
Kerry, Obama, and a mix of Reps and Dems for various local positions, based on what I knew about them and their platforms. Voted to retain all judges (never know when you need to call in a favor, right?), and I make it a point of not voting for (or against) unchallenged candidates, although I really should start writing my own name in. - Jim John Stanley wrote: >Well not just, but at 7am this morning.
