What if we ask a simple question like how many electoral votes does it take for a
candidate to win the election?

If you do not answer the question correctly you obviously don't know enough about the
election process and should therefore be eliminated from participating in said
process.

R A Heinlein suggested that once you step into the voting booth, you
should be requred to solve a fairly basic mathematics question. If you
get it correct you vote. If you get it wrong, well lets put it this
way, you don't vote - and you never leave the booth.
