You won't find a "middle" from the far right perspective. By the very fact that they are on the "far right", ALL opinions that do not agree with their own are, by their definition, "left wing".
If life begins at conception, and all premeditated termination of human life is murder (the basis of the far right argument), then you cannot and will not find a "middle road" for this issue.
